Help a small construction business serving public agencies reduce the manual work between the office, project managers, field crews, and customer teams.
What you will do
- Connect approved project documents, schedules, inspection notes, and accounting records.
- Build workflows for submittals, requests for information, change documentation, and invoice preparation.
- Organize cooperative purchasing and contract documentation for staff review.
- Preserve project references and approvals so teams can trace a document back to its source.
What you bring
- Python or TypeScript, SQL, API integration, and practical document extraction.
- Experience building usable tools for people outside engineering.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, business software, and inconsistent source records.
- Clear communication with field and office staff.
Helpful experience: Construction ERP or accounting integrations, public works administration, and familiarity with cooperative purchasing such as TIPS.
